
Chinese New Year snacks.

Tamagoyaki
Recipe:
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 tsp to 1 tbsp sugar (we used 1 1/2 tsp sugar)
1/2 tsp mirin
1/4 tsp soya sauce
dash of salt
Directions:
1. Mix all (don't over beat)
2. Heat + oil pan in low-med heat
- spread 1/4 mixture
- half way cook and flip
- wipe burned pan if necessary
- continue add + flip + lift (basically roll the egg)
- mold in saran wrap
- let egg cool down
- ready to be served

tuna kimbap
I finally managed to make these with my sisters. We got the recipe for the kimbap from maangchi
Her youtube videos are very helpful and thorough.
