orange/lemon blueberry muffin

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbs flour
1 1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp lemon extract
1 orange zest (approx 1/2 tsp)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

1. Preheat oven 375 F
2. Combine 2 cups of flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt in medium bowl
3. In a small bowl combine 1 1/2 tbs flour to blueberries
4. In a large bowl beat 1/2 cup butter, 3/4 cup sugar, beat in eggs one at a time, stir in extracts and zest. Fold in dry ingredients with milk and fold in blueberries
5. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes

these are probably the best blueberry muffins i ever made. so moist and i love the citrusy taste from the lemon extract and orange zest.
