My friend and I absolutely LOVE starbucks lemon raspberry loaf.. so we decided to make some!

INGREDIENTS:
(Ingredients for Lemon Loaf)
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoon butter - melted
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
(Ingredients for the Raspberry swirl)
Raspberry fruit spread or jam
(Ingredients for lemon icing)
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoon butter softened
2 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
1. In a large bowl mix, egg, butter, oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, extracts and sugar together until smooth.
2. Add dry ingredients to mixture into liquid mixture slowly
(Flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar)
3. Preheat oven to 350F
4. Heat fruit spread warm (not hot)
5. Pour 1/2 of batter in pan, and add raspberry filling, swirl cake with a knife or chopstick. Add other 1/2 of batter into pan.
6. Bake 45 minutes
